Youth organizations relied on paper-based attendance tracking that was slow, error-prone, and produced data that was effectively unusable. Leaders had no visibility into engagement trends or individual member activity across the season.

A cross-platform mobile app with real-time multi-device sync, offline-capable attendance recording, automated statistics generation, and AI-powered engagement insights. Built in React Native with a Supabase backend for real-time sync.
CELÝ PŘÍBĚH
Scoutzy was born from a real frustration: scout leaders and youth organization volunteers were spending 20–30 minutes per meeting manually tracking attendance with paper lists, then losing the data or failing to aggregate it meaningfully across the season.
We built Scoutzy to eliminate that friction entirely. Leaders open the app, tap names as members arrive, and the data syncs instantly across every device on the team. No paper, no manual data entry after the fact, no chasing people for records at the end of the year.
The app handles the full organizational lifecycle — from individual session attendance to event planning, RSVP management, and year-end reports. Statistics are generated automatically: you can see who your most active members are, which events had the best turnout, and where engagement drops off over the course of a season.
We also integrated AI-assisted insights to help leaders identify patterns — a member who's been absent for three consecutive sessions gets flagged, so a quick check-in call can happen before they drift away entirely.
Scoutzy is currently in active beta with real scouting groups in the Czech Republic, with iOS and Android versions running in parallel.

What platforms does Scoutzy support?
Scoutzy runs on both iOS and Android. Both apps are built from a single React Native codebase, ensuring feature parity across platforms. Offline functionality means the app works even without a data connection — data syncs when connectivity is restored.
How does multi-device sync work?
Scoutzy uses Supabase real-time subscriptions. When one leader marks a member present, every other device in the same organization sees the update within seconds. Conflicts are resolved server-side using timestamps, so there is no risk of duplicate records.
Is Scoutzy suitable for organizations outside scouting?
Yes. The core functionality — attendance tracking, event management, member statistics — applies to any recurring group activity: sports teams, youth clubs, volunteer organizations. The branding is generic enough that any group can use it as-is.
